Return Policy

Need to make a return? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we'll gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at jentorilife@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns without an RMA# will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages

Received a damaged item? Contact us at jentorilife@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we'll help resolve the issue. Please include photos of the damaged item, and we'll replace or refund it depending on stock availability.
